Bunny Love

I’ve been working on these cute bunnies. I love being able to work with color and these bunnies give the perfect opportunity. They are also easy and quick to work up.

Here is a link to the pattern by The Green Dragonfly.

Camo Crochet

I’m not the hunter type in the least, but at the thrift store the other day I picked up a bag of miscellaneous yarn and included was some camouflage yarn.

I scrolled through Pinterest for some ideas and came up with this cute baby dress and bloomers. Mind you, I have nobody in mind for this creation, but sometimes I just see something I want to crochet that may never find a home.

I started off with this pattern for the top, but I wasn’t liking the way the diaper bottoms were turning out, so I used this pattern here for the bloomers.

It was a fun and different project, and I loved the way it turned out.

Crochet 2016

When I was 12 years old, my Aunt Sarah taught me how to crochet. I’m now 51 years old and have been crocheting on and off for the years since then. Only in the recent years, have I picked the art back up consistently.

I’ll start this blog off by showing off some of my recent work.
